ATTITUDE DEVELOPMENT TRAINING FOR GHF STAFF

The staff of the Galle Heritage Foundation received an attitude development basic training at a one-day workshop held at the Management Development and Training Institute at Wackwella on 7th January 2022.

The chief resource person was Dr. Premasiri Gamage, Senior Advisor of the State Ministry of National Heritage, Performing Arts and Rural Arts Promotion and Visiting Lecturer of the Universities of Sri Jayawardenepura and Rajarata.

The welcome address was delivered by Mr Parakrama Dahanayake, Chairman of the Galle Heritage Foundation. He stated that training was essential for all members of the staff to improve productivity and efficiency of the institution and that he intends to follow this initial training with more training sessions during the year.
